360ydc Basketball League Details


Registration Information: Please read all the information prior to registering

All players must be registered by completing the online registration process. Each session has a capacity of 20 players, once the session is filled you can register to be on a wait list. 

Total Registration Fee:

$150 league fee

$20 jersey fee (one time fee paid first day of league)

$170 total fee


Registration Payment Options - IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

We accept payment by cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit card. 


  • Online Payment by Credit Card:

All payments made by credit card through the online system will be charged a $7.50 processing fee. Credit Card payments can be made through the registration process.

  • Payment by Cash, Cheque or e-transfer: 

These payment methods do not have a processing fee, however, payments made through these methods must be completed within 7 days of completing the online registration and it is the responsibility of the person registering to make arrangements to complete the payment portion (call 289-388-0328 or email director@360ydc.com). If payment has not been received by this 7 day window and no one has contacted 360ydc to arrange for a payment, the players spot will no longer be held and it will be opened up for others to register. To pay with one of these methods of payments (cash, cheque, e-transfer) once you get to the payment portion of the registration please click on Skip/Pay Later.  

    • Payment by cash or cheque:  Cash payments will only be accepted in person during our drop off times.  Cheque payments can be made in person or can be  mailed to: 360ydc, PO Box 27007, Oshawa, ON L1G 0A3. 
      Please call or text 289-388-0328 for the most up to date drop off times/location.
    • Payment by e-transfer:  For e-transfer payments please send payment to director@360ydc.com with security question what is my child's first name?

Mandatory League Reversible Jersey

All players must purchase a $20 league reversible jersey.  This can be purchased the first session of league. This jersey will be used for league games and can be used for all future 360ydc basketball league registered programs. If your son/daughter outgrows the jersey or loses it another jersey can be purchased at anytime by informing us of the size you need and we can bring to the next session.

League Discounts

Family Discount: If you are registering more than 1 family member in the league, you save $10 on the additional player. Apply discount code to ONLY ONE player: Sibling10

Signing up for two sessions or back to back seasons: Save $5 by registering for fall & winter league at one time or registering for the sun & wed session at one time.  Apply discount code: 2Session

Financial Assistance Programs

If you are applying for financial assistance, it can sometimes take some time to find out if you will qualify for this funding. Please register for the program you are interested in and click on the Skip/Pay Later Button. Then apply for funding through these programs and email us (director@360ydc.com) to let us know that you have completed the application for funding and provide us with the date you applied. We will be in touch to discuss the next steps in regards to registration for our program.

Kids aged 4 to 18 from families in financial need can receive funding to help with registration fees, equipment and/or transportation. Families must meet financial need criteria in order to qualify for Jumpstart funding. Jumpstart recommends following Revenue Canada's Low Income Cut-offs (LICOs) which are based on a family's size, the size of their community and the total family unit income (before tax).

For example, a family of four living in Toronto with a total family unit income (before tax) of less than $43,942 would meet Jumpstart's requirements for funding support. If the income is above the limits indicated then, regretfully, Jumpstart will not be able to approve the funding request.

Their Opportunity exists to provide low-income families with the means to enroll their children in local sports programs. Our hope is that by alleviating the financial costs of enrollment fees, children can develop the confidence, social skills and healthy lifestyle attainable through sport.

What makes us different?

         Children who receive sponsorship from Their Opportunity are mandated to "pay it forward" through Their Opportunity's give-back program.  Children have 3 months to complete some type of community service as a way of showing their appreciation versus a sense of entitlement.  If this mandatory program is not adhered to then that individual is automatically disqualified from any further assistance.

         Wherever our funding is raised is where it stays in order to be distributed to the children of that community.  As well, all personal donations are handled in a way that 90% of the money goes toward programming.

How does a child qualify for our assistance?

         Their Opportunity sponsors children, whose total family income is less then $45,000 per year.We require proof of income to verify each application.


Refund/Cancellation Policy:

A written request to withdraw from a program must be received in writing to the 360ydc office two weeks prior to the program start date. If you register within the two weeks prior to program start date, there will be no refunds  given; under unusual extreme circumstances we may make exceptions. There is a $30 administration fee for all refunds. Please note ABSOLUTELY NO refunds will be processed after the first day of the program.
